A Carlton Scott directory page is a full page about your business, written from a recorded call with you. It sets out what you do, where you work, what it costs and your answers to the questions your customers ask, so an AI assistant has something to say when someone asks who to use. It costs £299 plus VAT a year.

If an AI assistant can't find a clear page about your business, it'll probably name someone else, and you'll never know the customer was looking.

Questions
A full Carlton Scott directory page costs £299 plus VAT a year, with no charge per lead and no commission. The £499 and £699 versions, also plus VAT a year, come with four and eight articles a year, and there's a free listing with your basic details. We invoice you before each year is up, so nothing comes off your card automatically.
No. There's no sign-up for being recommended by ChatGPT, Google's AI or any other AI assistant, and nobody can promise you'll be named. They answer from what's been written about a business online. A Carlton Scott directory page gives them something clear and accurate to read about you: what you do, where you work, what it costs and your answers to the questions customers ask.
Make sure there's clear, accurate information about your business online for AI assistants to read. That means keeping your Google Business Profile up to date and having pages, on your own website and elsewhere, that answer the questions your customers ask. A Carlton Scott directory page is one of those, with structured data behind it that helps search engines read your details correctly. Nobody can promise you'll be named.
Carlton Scott's free listing is a basic page with your details and a link to your website, and it takes about five minutes to set up. The paid page, from £299 plus VAT a year, adds a full write-up from a recorded call with you, answers to ten of your customers' questions, your prices, areas and credentials, structured data, articles on our news site and a monthly check in your first year of whether AI assistants name you.
Give it about three months before you judge the results. AI assistants and search engines don't pick up a new page straight away, and they keep changing how they answer. Every month in your first year we check whether Google's AI, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot name you, and tell you what's changed since you joined.
Very little. We'll have one recorded call with you, all about your business, and you send us your logo and some photos. We research everything that's public ourselves and only email you to check a fact or two. For your articles, you send us your news, we write it up in the third person, and you check our version before it goes out.
No. Every paid page has a yearly fee, and before your year is up we send you an invoice for the next one. Nothing comes off your card or out of your bank automatically, so there are no surprises a year later. We only want you to renew if the page is doing something for your business.
Not if you're already as busy as you want to be, or you haven't got the staff or the room to take on more work. And try this first: ask ChatGPT who's the best at what you do in your town, the way a customer would. If it already names you and describes you well, what you're doing is working and you don't need us.
